Design Consultation
An initial design consultation is an integral part of the custom design process. This discovery phase allows us to collaborate together, discussing your ideas and needs, so we can develop a full vision for your new dream home!
Included with full custom home designs.
Full Custom Home Design (Standard Package)
After the consultation/discovery phase, we will design a custom dream home to capture your needs and preferences that fit your unique lifestyle! During the design process, we will continue to collaborate with you to ensure the new design fits your vision.

$1.25-$1.50 per square foot under roof for homes larger than 5,000 square feet.
Stock Plans and Modified Plans
We offer a variety of ready-to-build (stock) house plans that might already fit your vision! These are generally more affordable than a new custom design. Stock plans can be purchased as-is or they can be modified/customized to suit your individual needs.
Stock Plans: Priced as shown on the “View All House Plans” page.
Modified Plans: Total of PDF stock plan price plus modification fees starting at $150. Fees will vary based on how extensive the modifications are. Please contact info@idealhouseplansllc.com for a detailed quote.
3D Renderings
We create virtual 3D models that allow you to visualize your home from different perspectives. These are included with full custom design services. However, if you already have a plan and are only seeking 3D models for visualization purposes, we can provide renderings as long as the original designer has provided written permission.
Included with full custom design services.
Without full custom design, pricing starts at $500. Please contact info@idealhouseplansllc.com for a detailed quote.
Other
We provide other related services such as concept designs to be completed by a local designer, support for designers who need to outsource their projects, and more.

Occasionally we will offer discount codes for online purchases. These discounts can only be used for stock house plans and are not applicable for modified or customized plans.
